Return and refund policy

At thecuddleworks, we strive to ensure your almost satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your plush toy, we are here to help.

Please review our return policy guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your plush toy must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized plush toys are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at return@plushland.com to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

    Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

    Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange your plush toy for a different item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

    Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective plush toy, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund.
